My Love Notes From God

Have you ever received a love note from that special person in your life? We've all been in love at one time or another.

Remember getting into a place where no one would disturb you. Opening up that envelope and the first thing that hits you is the smell of her perfume. You hold the letter up to your nose and just breathe in. Ahhhh... that smell would send your mind reeling in a torrid of thoughts and moments of when you and her were together. Laughing, talking, and just being together. Than you open the letter and start reading. With every word, another brush stroke is added to the portrait that you are vividly painting in your mind of her. Remember those times?

Now come back to earth.This is for those who have a faith in God. To those who have a relationship with their creator. To those who have a faith and trust in the bible as God's word, or have a desire and respect for who God is

There is a ministry that is sending out God's word to your email box everyday. It is a love note from God sent right to your email for you to read. It is addressed to you. It is God's word to you of His promises, protection, and encouragement.

" In the beginning was the Word." (John 1:1) So it is with all of us as well. We are our words. It is no different with God. In the beginning was God and His word. I am known and express who I am by the words which I speak. They describe me, my thoughts, my feelings, and my wishes. God spoke the world into existence. He spoke the whole human race into existence. "Then God said, "Let us make humankind in our image, after our likeness," (Genesis 1:26)

God's spoken word became His living word when He entered our world. "Now the Word became flesh and took up residence among us." (John 1 14) God entered our world through a man and that man's name was Jesus Christ. He proved who He was by the miraculous signs and wonders He performed. Jesus Christ put God on display for all the world to see. "No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him." (John 1:18)

"The Jewish leaders picked up rocks again to stone him to death. Jesus said to them, "I have shown you many good deeds from the Father. For which one of them are you going to stone me?" The Jewish leaders replied, "We are not going to stone you for a good deed but for blasphemy, because you, a man, are claiming to be God." (John 10:31-33) Because of who Jesus said He was, God in human form, they tried and eventually succeeded in killing Him. But He has risen and is alive today. Jesus is not dead.

I don't mean for this to be a bible study or for you to believe what I just said. I am saying all this to say that words are very important. It is one of the most important ways we communicate to others. It was the way that God choose to communicate to us... through His word, both living and written.
